Ervontiq S.A.P.I. de C.V. ("Ervontiq"), with registered address at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 250, Floor 15, Col. Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, 06600, Mexico City, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations and other applicable regulations in force in 2026.

1. Personal data we collect

We collect identification and contact data (name and email address) when you subscribe to our newsletter. If you use additional services, we may require financial and tax data necessary to comply with applicable Mexican regulations.

2. Purposes of processing

Data is used to: (a) send informative communications about real estate crowdlending projects in Mexico; (b) handle contact requests; (c) improve the site experience; (d) comply with applicable legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

3. Transfers

We may share your data with technology, transactional email and analytics service providers, who act as data processors under Ervontiq's instructions and with contractual confidentiality obligations.

4. ARCO rights

You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition (ARCO), as well as revoke your consent, by sending a request to contacto@ervontiq.com. We will respond within the deadlines set by the LFPDPPP.

5. Retention

Data is kept as long as there is a relationship with the data subject and for the additional periods required by applicable Mexican tax, commercial and anti-money laundering regulations.

6. Changes to this Notice

Ervontiq reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy. Changes will be published on this same page with the corresponding date of last update.
