These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the ervontiq.com website, operated by Ervontiq S.A.P.I. de C.V. ("Ervontiq"), a company incorporated under the laws of the United Mexican States in the year 2026, with registered office in Mexico City.
1. Purpose
Ervontiq is a digital platform providing information about real estate crowdlending in Mexico, aimed at connecting people interested in participating in projects related to residential developments, high-rise buildings and urban works.
2. Informational nature
The content published on the site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a public offering of securities, financial or tax advice, or a personalized investment recommendation under applicable Mexican legislation.
3. Regulated activity
Ervontiq operates under the Law to Regulate Financial Technology Institutions (Fintech Law). The application for authorization as a Collective Financing Institution before the National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV) is in process under the Eighth Transitory Article and provisions in force in 2026.
4. Risks
Investments in real estate projects are subject to risks, including potential delays in the execution of the works, variations in the value of the properties and the possibility of partial or total loss of the capital contributed. Past returns do not guarantee future returns.
5. Use of the site
The user agrees to use the site in accordance with the law, morality, public order and these Terms. Any use that harms the integrity of the site, the rights of Ervontiq or the rights of third parties is prohibited.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the site (texts, images, trademarks, code) is the property of Ervontiq or is duly licensed. Its total or partial reproduction without prior written authorization is prohibited.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute arising from the use of the site, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
